How you perform on your job determines the shape the curve of lips, a smile or otherwise. Not the other way around. And of course its' not only about money, honey ! In addition to moolah, new age employees give importance to growth opportunity job security, work environment and working hours. Pay-package, though, is still remains to be the most important factor.

Decide about your satisfaction level. The weightage will be as follows :

Highly satisfied : 6, Much satisfied : 5, Somewhat satisfied : 4, Somewhat dissatisfied : 3, Much dissatisfied : 2, Highly dissatisfied : 1

Add up the scores and decide the level from the following table :
